1. The part of the first instance judgment against the Plaintiff corresponding to the amount ordered to be paid below shall be revoked.

The defendant.

1. At the time of the instant accident, the following facts are as follows: (a) in the situation of a three-lane road collision around FE at the time of the instant accident: (b) on June 23, 2019 at the time of the instant accident; (c) the driver of the Defendant’s vehicle, who driven the Defendant vehicle at the location near the F E at the time of fasting the place around June 16:23, 2019; and (d) the Defendant’s driver was driving the Defendant vehicle along the two-lanes of the National F E at the entrance of the National FM Institute of Food and Agriculture, which led to a change of the course to the three-lane road near the above FM distance; and (d) the front part of the Plaintiff’s vehicle with the three-lane driver’s seat facing the Defendant vehicle at the right edge of the Defendant vehicle (hereinafter “instant accident”) including the insurance payment amount of KRW 2,837,90 (the repair cost of the Plaintiff’s vehicle); (d) the purpose of each of the instant accident including the Plaintiff’s bond No. 10 or No.

2. Determination

A. The driver of any motor vehicle in the fruit ratio shall not change the course when it is likely to impede the normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction to which the driver intends to change the course of the motor vehicle, and where the driver intends to make a right-hand through the intersection, he/she shall proceed along the right-hand side of the road in advance (Articles 19(3) and 25(1) of the Road Traffic Act). In full view of the overall purport of the arguments in the above evidence, the driver of the motor vehicle at the time of the accident in this case, when considering the whole purport of the arguments, the driver of the motor vehicle in this case was ordinarily straighting the three-lane road near the above three-lane, and the driver of the motor vehicle in this case is proceeding along the two-lanes, and then the driver of the motor vehicle in this case is able to change the course from the two-lane to the three-lane road and immediately move along the other motor vehicle in this case.
