Punishment of the crime

From March 2016 to December 2016, the Defendant was a person who was the head of a tree team at the site of a new construction project in Busan Metropolitan City, which was performed by C, as the head of a tree team at the site of a new construction project in Busan.

The Defendant demanded C to pay the labor cost equivalent to KRW 60 million to Co., Ltd. who made a direct payment of the labor cost.
