A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.

2. On October 7, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) is at a section of about 46km from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government to the third distance from the building in the front of the building in Sungnam-si, Incheon, under the influence of alcohol level 0.18% among blood transfusion around 01:00.
