A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2015, the Defendant operated the Defendant’s mobile phone (LG and G3) camera in the Defendant’s cell phone (LG and G3) while having sexual intercourse with the victim at the residence of the victim E (n, 23 years of age) in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building with the new wall time, and taken several photographs of the victim’s body body that might cause sexual humiliation against the victim’s will.

A Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) sent the victim’s body pictures taken as described in the above paragraph (1) to Kakakaooooo to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire on September 17, 2015, around 09:37, around 10:18, September 18, 2015, and around 10:22, around September 18, 2015, at the H night site neighboring offices and accommodations located in the Chungcheongbuk-gun, Inc., Ltd., Ltd., with the intent to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire.
