Punishment of the crime

Defendant

C, D, E, F, and B are ordinary members belonging to the branch of the chips K chips jointly and severally with the employees of the chips, Defendant A is the employees belonging to the private-public-private partnership L, Defendant G is the ordinary members belonging to the private-public partnership and Defendant H is the representatives of M, and Defendant C, D, E, F, and B are the drivers of vehicles transporting the chips to the N Co., Ltd. by concluding a contract of carriage with the N Co., Ltd.

1. From September 20, 2016, Defendant C, D, E, F, and A’s interference with the work of Defendant C, E, F, and A, Defendant C did not enter into a transport contract with the head of (State)O on a regular basis, but did not designate only three companies to operate the transport contract on a temporary basis and did not disclose the unit price.

In response to the demand for "disclosure of the unit cost for transport, realization of the unit cost for transport, etc.", members were permanently stationed in all entrances, such as the (ju) O's East-gu P in the Jeonjin-gu P in the Jeonjin-gu P in the Jeondong-gu, Seoul, and North Korea, and were conducting assemblies and demonstrations.

As a result, Defendant D and A conspired with Q and R and interfered with the victim's (State chips transportation) chips transportation and the cargo vehicle operation of the said S. driver by force.

B. Defendant C, D, and E obstructed the chips chips from around 13:13 on the same day as that set forth in the preceding paragraph to (State)O. Defendant C, D, and E set off onto (State)O.

As a result, Defendant C, D, and E are forced to act by force, such as the carriage of chips from the victim (ju chips)O by force.
