Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, around May 16, 201, in the course of purchasing a drug at a C pharmacy located in the Gu, Si, Si, Gu, and Si, the Defendant unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number via the above method 180 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes (1) from around October 30, 201, in the process of purchasing a drug at the C pharmacy located in the Gu, Si, Si, Gu, and Si, where the name of the above pharmacy is unknown, and purchased the drug.

2. In purchasing drugs at the same time and place as indicated in the foregoing Paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) caused the National Health Insurance Corporation to pay the victim an insurance benefit equivalent to KRW 48,600 by having the person in charge of the purchase of drugs at the same time and at the same time to bear an insurance benefit equivalent to KRW 2,784,624 in total from 133 times to 30 April 30, 2013; and (b) caused the victim to obtain financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by purchasing hospital treatment and drugs via the foregoing method as indicated in the List of Crimes (2).

3. No person who violates the National Health Insurance Act shall receive insurance benefits by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, around June 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had the National Health Insurance Corporation pay KRW 7,370 as if he were D in a manner of making it difficult for the Defendant to do so; (b) purchased hospital medical treatment and medicine 47 times in total from around October 30, 2014 in the following manner; (c) had the victim receive insurance benefits equivalent to KRW 830,504 in total; and (d) at the same time, the Defendant obtained financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by purchasing hospital medical treatment and medicine 47 times in total from around October 30, 2014.
