A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2011, the Defendant: (a) did not have an intent or ability to repay a vehicle installment loan from the Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd.; (b) did not have an employee of the victim, who was an employee of the victim, “I would pay the principal and interest of KRW 469,700 on the 25th day of each month during the 36-month period; and (c) had the said employee of the victim company pay KRW 15 million to the Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. with the purchase price for the car of the car of KRW 15 million without delay; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.
