A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 240,00 to E in a distance near D station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul; and (b) purchased approximately 2g g of marijuana from E, around 20,000.

2. Around 00:00 on June 3, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that marries 0.5g of marijuana purchased, such as paragraph (1), in a pipe, in his/her own residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment E 303, and in a way that marries 0.5g of marijuana purchased, such as paragraph (1).

3. Around 18:00 on June 20, 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 8.50,000 to E and sold approximately KRW 7g of marijuana from the payment of KRW 850,00 to E.

4. On June 23, 2017, the Defendant smoked around 00:0 in the place described in paragraph 2, and around 0.5g of marijuana purchased, such as paragraph 3, in the same manner as paragraph 2.

5. On August 11, 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 850,00 to E, and received approximately KRW 77g of marijuana from E, at the nearest distance of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, around 17:30,000.

6. On August 11, 2017, the Defendant smoked around 00:0 in the place described in paragraph 2, and around 0.5g of marijuana purchased, such as paragraph 5, in the same manner as paragraph 2.

7. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 850,00 to E and received approximately KRW 77g of marijuana at the places described in paragraph 5, around 16:00.

8. On September 22, 2017, the Defendant smoked around 00:0 in the place described in paragraph 2, and around 0.5g of marijuana purchased, such as paragraph 7, in the same manner as paragraph 2.

9. On November 5, 2017, the Defendant smoked in the manner described in paragraph 2 at around 03:00 in the place described in paragraph 2, and in paragraph 7, approximately 0.5g of the hemp purchased, such as paragraph 7.

10. On November 6, 2017, the Defendant, at around 14:30 on November 6, 2017, filed a lawsuit by storing approximately 5.7g of diesels containing marijuana ingredients in the kitchen, located in the place described in paragraph 2.
