Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:03 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant constructed a building without permission of the competent Gu office, and carried on a dog breeding place and a water collection business at the same time, and caused public danger by destroying a household building, etc. at a price equivalent to KRW 1.5 million at the center installed inside the building due to negligence, such as reporting installation to the relevant agency to prevent the occurrence of a fire caused by electric leakage, while the Defendant was using electric wires at a discretion by linking the neighboring factory with a person related to electric wires in order to use electricity at a certain point, and reporting installation to the relevant agency and receiving periodic inspection, etc., in order to prevent the occurrence of a fire caused by electric leakage.
