Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2015, around 01:45, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 100 meters alcohol concentration at approximately 0.186% under the influence of alcohol level at around 0.186% in the section of about 100 meters from the front day of the Pshnish, which was 757, due to the unification of Seongdong-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-gu.
