When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2014, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a BM5 car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.121% under the influence of alcohol level 0.121%, from around the Geum River basin of the Pshnb, the head of the Sinnam-si, to the front of the Gambalet, located in the Gambadong of the Gambag-gu, Sungnam-si.
