A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Criminal facts

1. On December 2012, the Defendant and D connected to the “Sea club,” etc., a hosting site on the Internet, sought male customers who wish to engage in sexual traffic through D’s ‘Seae-Nam’, and then, as the juvenile E (V, 16 years of age), and E (V, 13 years of age) sent to E (V, 16 years of age), and the juvenile F (V, 13 years of age) sent to E (V, 130,000 won of cash, which is the price for sexual traffic received from the above male customers, and conspired to make profits by withdrawing the remainder from the brokerage fees.

Around December 14, 2012, the Defendant and D conspired and had F and E receive approximately KRW 130,000 per capita cash from I, a male grandchild, who had found his/her place in Ulsan-gu G, Ulsan-gu, and had F and E receive approximately 130,000 won per capita’s sexual intercourse, and had F and E receive money from December 10, 2012 to January 20, 2013.

Thus, the defendant and D conspired to assist the purchase of sex of children and juveniles as a business.

2. On February 2013, Defendant, J, D’s joint criminal conduct, J, and D connected to “SA club,” etc., which is a hosting site on the Internet, sought male customers who wish to engage in sexual traffic through the conditions south, and then, K (W, 14 years old), which is a juvenile sought by J, and L (W, 14 years old) who sent to K’s friendship with the above male customers, made them engage in sexual traffic with the above male customers, and recruited them to pay approximately KRW 80,000,000,000,000,000 won, which is the cash payment received from them, to raise the remainder as a brokerage fee, and to raise the profits from them.

Defendant, J, and D conspired on February 16, 2013 to receive approximately KRW 1,30,000 in cash from N, a male grandchild, who had found his place of the building in Ulsan-gu M. 203, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do.
