Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) drive a C wing-off cargo vehicle without obtaining a mandatory insurance without obtaining a vehicle driver’s license from the front line of the border at Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, 242 at the same time; but (b) from the front line of the port at Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, 2015.
