1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

(c) A person who has received the apportionment of installation costs shall pay a contribution calculated pursuant to paragraph (1) by the time the relevant contract for the supply or supply of urban gas is concluded.

6. Methods for calculating contributions to the facilities borne by the demand price;
