Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a ASEAN car.

On March 15:50 on March 30, 2016, the Defendant driven the above passenger car and proceeded two lanes in the direction of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu World Cup 240, and the two lanes in front of the Kaam World Cup stadium 6 lanes in the direction of Mapo-gu office.

Since there is a crosswalk in which signal lights are installed on the front side, the person engaged in driving service is obliged to reduce speed and to check whether there is a person crossing the crosswalk in good manner, and to safely drive the crosswalk in accordance with the new subparagraph to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded in violation of the signal and received the part on the left side of the bicycle for the victim C(55 years old) who was walking a bicycle on the mast crosswalk from the bicycle.

The Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to such occupational negligence, such as around 8 weeks of medical treatment on the left-hand side and mination of flaver.
