Defendant

1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant served as a person in charge of financial accounting from April 2013 to September 3, 2013, when the victim E (representative F) was the victim E (representative F).
As seen below, the Defendant was tried to commit an occupational embezzlement of the 2013 Highest 4344 case, and the Defendant stolen money from the said company and attempted to prepare an agreement by gambling.
1) On August 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around the new wall, at the 20th floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building 20, entered a password, which was opened under the direction of the staff of the fund team in the office of the victim company’s financial department of the company located in the 20th floor of the 20th floor of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Building; (b) opened a treasury book; and (c) stolen the Defendant with a total of KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000 won, including KRW 8,000,000,000 won cashier’s checks issued by the victim company owned by the company; and
9.3. Around 22:00, a credit cooperative book was opened in the same manner and was stolen with a total of KRW 100 million, including KRW 8 cashier’s checks, KRW 20 million, and KRW 100,000,000, issued by the victim company owned by the victim company.

9. Around 18:27, the above safe was opened in the same manner as above, and it was stolen with a total of KRW 10,000 won cashier’s checks issued by the victim company owned by the victim company and KRW 29,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and USD 46,000.
B. On September 4, 2013, from around 01:00 to around 03:00 of the same day, the Defendant was issued with seven card chips exchanged in advance with 100,000 to KRW 100,000 per chips exchanged and with chips exchanged in advance with seven persons whose names cannot be known, and the Defendant added up the card chips exchanged with chips exchangedd with chips and divided with Drums, and the back chips are close to “9”.
