【Criminal Facts】

1. Around September 10, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving on the road in front of the middle-distance distance as the old Sea in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, with approximately KRW 1km from the road in front of the old Sea-ro 67-gil 26, Chang-dong, Underground Motor Vehicle, about 1km to the front road, without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving a 450cc mixed-wheeled vehicle without a license.

2. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the owner of a non-numbered 450cc mixed vehicle. On September 23:18, 2015, the Defendant operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the 1km section of approximately 1km from the front of the middle-distance distance as defined in the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon Sea, to the front road.

3. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 23:18, 2015, on the front of the Dobong-gu Seoul Nowon-ro 67-ro 67-ro 26 Changdong Underground Road, the Defendant was controlled by the Seoul Dobong Police Station C, and was demanded by the assistant E to produce the driver’s license, and (b) the Defendant did not possess the driver’s license; and (c) notified the branch F’s resident registration number, thereby wrongfully using the other’s resident registration number.

4. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around 23:18, 2015, the Defendant stated the F’s name, resident registration number, etc. in the personnel column of the vehicle operation statement, and F’s name, resident registration number, etc. in the vehicle column and the vehicle operation manual column in the lower end of the vehicle operation column and the vehicle operation column, and subsequently stated the relevant details in the lower end, as stated in paragraph (3), while having known F’s resident registration number as F as if the Defendant was F; and (b) signed in the confirmation column at the bottom of the confirmation letter of the arrest of flagrant offenders.
