1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 29,632,519 and the amount of KRW 28,551,226 among them, from April 25, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The Defendant obtained a credit card from Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. and did not pay the card price of 28,51,226 won, interest of 634,710 won, delay damages of 383,704 won, unpaid fees of 62,879 won, delay damages of 14,149 won, delay damages agreed between the Defendant and Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. were 24% per annum. Meanwhile, on April 17, 2015, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the transfer of the above credit card from Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. to the Defendant on April 20, 2015 and notified the Defendant of the transfer of the above credit card payment on April 20, 2015 can be recognized in full view of the purport of arguments as indicated in subparagraphs A through 6.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff, the assignee of the claim, 29,632,519 won (i.e., card payment of KRW 28,551,226, interest of KRW 634,710,700, KRW 6383,704, and interest of KRW 62,879) and the card payment of KRW 28,551,226 from April 25, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
