1. The part concerning the claim for confirmation in the instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. Of the instant lawsuit, the part claiming the payment of money.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3, together with the whole purport of the pleadings:

The Plaintiff is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling salt with the trade name of “C”.

B. (1) On November 23, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant under which the Plaintiff supplied products such as drug drugs to the Defendant, which he/she intends to operate the Busan and Yangsan-si Total Markets (hereinafter “Ban-si Total Markets”) (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following terms (hereinafter “instant contract”).

Article 3 (Distribution of Products) (1) The Plaintiff shall supply the “product” to the “sub-market,” and the “sub-market,” constituting and distribute the distribution network of the product in the “agency” and the “relevant area,” and the sales profit shall be the profits of the “sub-market,” immediately after the sale.

Article 4 (Status of Parties) (1) The Plaintiff has the right to the product as the subject of the trademark “C” and the manufacture and supply of the product.

(2) The term "non-industrial gun board" shall enter into a distribution contract with the plaintiff and distribute products under his/her responsibility.

Article 5 (Supply of Appliances and Products) (4) The minimum quantity of an order for “products” shall be at least 40 boxes (1,200) and 10 boxes (100 boxes) for E.

Article 6 (Authority of Agency and Relevant Area) (1) The term "products" is the entire Busan Metropolitan City, the area of which is the Busan Metropolitan City.
