1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 202,150,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 8, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff’s judgment on the cause of claim lent a total of KRW 210 million from November 7, 2011 to August 1, 2012, and the Defendant prepared and delivered a certificate of loan that the Defendant would pay KRW 210 million to the Plaintiff by December 30, 2014 on April 9, 2014, and the fact that the Plaintiff received KRW 7,850,000 from the Defendant and appropriated it for the principal of the loan.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 202,150,000 won (=210 million won - 7,850,000 won) and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 8, 2016 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant after the due date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
