Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 16:20 on January 9, 2020, the Defendant taken the body of the victim C (25 years of age) who was in possession of the 6th male toilet in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, a smartphone camera, with a video screen.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against his will.
