A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2020, at around 20:23, the Defendant entered a female toilet of the first floor C underground in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a view to meeting his own sexual desire, and taken photographs of the form in which the victim D (the family name, the female, and the age of 28) reported the meltion of the cell, with a view to meeting his own sexual desire.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on female toilets for the purpose of meeting his own sexual desire, and photographs the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using mobile phone cameras against the victim's will.
