A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on May 31, 2013, and completed the execution of the above sentence.

1. Around 02:00 on February 2, 2014, the Defendant, along with C, destroyed a locking device with the key posted by the victim E in Busan Jung-gu, and stolen the locking device by having 5,000 won in the face of his/her seat, entering the locking device into the office, and putting the locking device into the office.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with the above C.
2. Larceny;
A. 3.
