Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny at the Busan District Court on May 26, 2006 and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

1. At around 19:00 on December 6, 2005, the home plug C store located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, put the gap in which the surveillance is neglected, into the home pluger's shop located in the text of the first floor room located above the ground, put the gap in the part of the market price equivalent to 20,000 won, and steals it;
