A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 26, 2016, at around 23:40, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) purchased a 1 booming sublime in Jeju Island; (b) purchased a booming sublime by drinking alcohol; and (c) went out of the head by justing the sublime in his/her hand; (d) rewing the sublime into the mate, left the just to the front of the calculation unit; and (e) took the sublime into front of the calculation unit; and (e) took the mate employee in a large sound; (b) took a cell phone; and (c) went out of the mate customer; and (d) interfered with the business of the victim by force for about 30 minutes.
2. Performance of official duties;
A. At around 00:05 on August 27, 2016, at the same place as Paragraph (1) and at the same time, G, a police officer of the Jeju East Police Station, who was a police officer belonging to the F District Unit of the Jeju Police Station, sent out after receiving a report by the Defendant to avoid disturbance, took out the Defendant out of the set and carried out the circumstances of the Defendant, and carried out a marina again. B. At around 01:40 on August 27, 2016, the Defendant demanded the Defendant to move the above G to the detention room at the entrance of the metropolitan detention room of the Jeju East Police Station, and the Defendant’s head, stating, “I am feass to prevent feass from defe, and whether I amfass a few casualtiess.”
