A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(집단ㆍ흉기등폭행) 피고인은 2014. 10. 28. 20:57경 경남 창녕군 C에 있는 피고인의 처 인 피해자 D(여, 51세)이 운영하는 E 식당에서, 피해자가 피고인에게 저녁밥을 차려주지 않는다는 이유로 화가 나 피해자에게 “씨발년아, 개같은년아, 밥 챙겨 도라”라고 욕설을 하면서 식당 안에 있던 위험한 물건인 철재의자를 피해자를 향하여 12회 가량 집어 던졌다.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (influence by collective action, deadly weapons, etc.), at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), and the victim F (the age of 20) who is his/her father, committed the same behavior as that set forth in paragraph (1) by the Defendant’s words, thereby making his/her hair back at a time and influences the body part of the victim’s head, which is a dangerous thing in that place, and brush the victim’s shoulder part, which is a dangerous thing in that place, and caused damage to the victim’s head and other details necessary for medical treatment for about 14 days by taking the part of the victim’s head, which is a dangerous thing in that place.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
3. Around 17:10 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), threatened the victim D (the victim 51 years old) who is the Defendant’s wife, and G violence at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), and thereby, threatened the victim with liquidation dust (including approximately 0.52 g), which is an object dangerous to chemical birth, while making a dispute over the Defendant’s assault. The Defendant was able to do so, and the Defendant was able to look at the victim, and was put in the me at the home with internal liquidation dust, and was put in the two-way meats at home, and she was killed and dead.”
In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and thereby the victim.
