Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:00 on September 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) when the case of assaulting C while the Defendant’s spouse and his spouse was fighting a married couple, was reported to the police box A; (b) around 01:15 on September 22, 2016, the Defendant: (c) driven a HIT600-3 tons track owned by the Defendant; (d) on September 22, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of the land over about 50 minutes by driving the HIT600-3 tons track owned by the Defendant; and (e) on September 335-25, 201, the Defendant arrived at the Do private road crossing of the 901 local road in front of the police box; and (e) obstructed the traffic of the land via approximately 50 minutes in a way that he gets back with a key by setting up it.
