1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 21,80,483 as well as KRW 20,025,276 as well as the amount of KRW 20,025,276 from July 9, 2014 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff was present as a credit card member of the Defendant Company and received credit card use services from the Defendant.

B. As of July 8, 2014, with respect to the use of the credit card at issue, the Defendant bears the Plaintiff’s principal amounting to KRW 20,025,276, interest, etc., KRW 1,775,207, totaling KRW 21,80,483, and the agreed delay damages rate is 28% per annum.

2. According to the above-mentioned facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed delay damages calculated at the rate of 28% per annum from July 9, 2014 to the day of full payment, with respect to the sum of the loan principal of KRW 21,80,483, and the principal and interest of interest of KRW 20,025,276 among them.

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
