A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assaults against drivers) committed on May 24, 2016, at around 23:20 on the right shoulder of the victim B (57) who was running in the direction of collapse from the opening of the Ka-dong, Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City on May 24, 2016, on the ground that the victim B (57) was not in the direction of the suspect's desire within the C-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. Around 23:32 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 on the road in front of the E convenience store located in Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu; (b) and (c) was asked the victim G, a police box affiliated with the Busan Western Police Station F Station of the Busan Western Police Station, questions about the circumstances of the instant case; and (d) took a bath, i.e., “weaks and Chewing knicks”; and (c) was assaulted by the victim of the instant case on one occasion on one’s own drinking, and the victim was kneeked to walk the right kne.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties regarding the victim's 112 reporting processing, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as salt dump dump and sump dump dump dump dump dump.

1. Selection of each sentence of imprisonment;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 62(1) of the Criminal Code of the Suspension of Execution (the violation of the crime of this case, there is no record of punishment for the same kind of crime, and the victims want to be punished by the defendant by agreement with the victims.
