A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (damage to property, such as a deadly weapon);
A. On February 22, 2013, around 17:04, the Defendant: (a) found the victim C with the second floor of a rain or a building in which the victim gets 2 and 500,000 won of the market price installed in the above gate and 2. On February 22, 2013, the Defendant: (b) found the victim C with the victim’s "Egyna" in the operation of the victim C; (c) caused the victim’s damage to property, on the ground that the victim did not have her own gate; (d) found the victim’s gate (70,000,000 won of the market price, which is a dangerous thing (70,000 meters in length) at the place where she was her own gate; and (e) found the victim’s damage to the victim’s gate or building, and (e) caused the loss of the victim’s property owned by 100,000 won of the market price.
B. Around 17:30 on the same day, the Defendant collected electric saws, which are dangerous objects located on the back seat of a truck owned by G, which was installed outside the G, while having been in a dispute with G at the F cafeteria at the Jeju-si, and damaged the 1,000,000 won of the market price owned by the victim Jeju-si in front of the restaurant (20 years).
2. On February 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively weapons, etc.) cited a kitchen, which is a deadly weapon in a restaurant (26 cm in length on a day) while the Defendant was arrested to police officers as a flagrant offender due to the commission of the crime described in paragraph (1) and was released, and then reported by the Defendant again to the above restaurant, the victim H (58 years old) who was a guest who was taking meals at the above restaurant was able to find the said restaurant, and used a kitchen, which is a deadly weapon in a restaurant, and 26 cm in the victim’s body.
