At around 04:07 on July 8, 2015, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, sent a phone in 112, saying, “The Defendant: (a) took three strings and starts now; and (b) in the presence of the police officers C, etc. belonging to the Seoul Geumcheon Police Station who received the report, sent the gas valve in a state of gas connected with the gas, thereby leaking the gas into the kitchen (30 cm in length, 18 cm in a knife length) with the kitchen (18 cm in a knife in a knife); and (c) took the above police officers who prevented the Defendant from taking away the gas valve in a state of being flabed with a knife with a knife, which is a dangerous weapon, “I am flaf in a knife.”

2. 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반 피고인은 2015. 6. 19. 00:38경 불상의 장소에서, 피고인의 아버지 D이 피고인의 둘째형 E의 딸인 피해자 F, 피해자 G에게 학비 등 명목으로 준 돈을 돌려받기 위해 피해자들에게 돈을 가지고 오라고 하였으나 말을 듣지 않는다는 이유로, 피고인의 휴대전화(H)를 이용하여 피해자 F의 휴대전화(I)로 “할아버지랑 약속 지켜라 썅년아 죽여버릴테니까 야 이 썅년아 그 쪽 이 썅년 죽여버릴 이 썅년 내가 죽여버릴테니까 이 싸가지 없는 년이 아주 찢어 죽일테니까 개같은 년이”라는 문자메시지를 발송한 것을 비롯하여 2015. 1. 19.경부터 2015. 7. 8.경까지 별지 범죄일람표1 기재와 같이 총 58회에 걸쳐 공포심이나 불안감을 유발하는 문자메시지 및 음성메시지를 발송하거나 전화를 걸고, 2015. 7. 2. 14:00경 불상의 장소에서 피해자 G의 휴대전화(J)로 “개같은 년 내가 장담하는데 다 죽여버린다”라는 문자메시지를 발송한 것을 비롯하여 2015. 6. 25.경부터 2015. 7...
