Punishment of the crime

1. The co-offenders and co-offenders, and the circumstances leading up to the crime are as follows: (a) after deducting blank checks that can include 100 million won or more, the bond company paid fees to issue the original cashier’s checks with the face value of KRW 100 million; (b) by securing the check number and copy of the original checks, and then forging the so-called “dunes round checks” in the manner of stating them in the above blank checks; and (c) planned to commit the crime of defrauding money by presenting them

D On December 2012, 2012, E, a Hyman, from a bank employee, deducted a blank check paper through a bank employee, 20% of the check amount was forged, and 20% of the check amount was introduced from E to Han River branch of the National Bank. The F, in collusion with D, deducted a blank bank check paper and obtained a loan guarantee in order to prepare expenses for the work of forging checks.

D, on January 2013, 2013, G proposed that “I will get back blank checks from a national bank, but will make up for a forgery of a double round check,” and G accepted this.

Around 13:50 on January 11, 2013, F served at the Han River branch of the Korean National Bank of Korea, upon D’s instruction, sent to D a blank check (the check number H. hereinafter “instant blank check”) owned by the victim’s national bank (the check number H. hereinafter “instant blank check”) which is kept in the depository of the above branch at the Han River branch of the Han River branch of the Korean National Bank of Korea located in 109 (Korean Han River2) as Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu.

D, following the theft of the instant blank check, around February 2013, I proposed that “brupt 2,300,000 won will be paid to the bank employees to receive the check,” and I accepted it.
