A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

70,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant shall possess, administer, or give or receive psychotropic drugs, which is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant received 0.3 gramphones from C, a psychotropic drug, with approximately 0.3g of psychotropic drugs, at the front of the National Bank of Korea 620-5, the C C, a psychotropic drug, without compensation.

2. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant accepted E’s franchiseer car parked in the Dtel parking lot of one-dong-dong-dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and received approximately 0.05 g of philopon from E without compensation.

3. At around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones into a disposable injection machine, melted the water into the water surface and administered the philophones.

4. At around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 gramphonephones from one-person F free of charge in the passenger room in the above Dtel number.

5. At around 23:00 on March 2014, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05g of philophone into the guest room in a single-use engine; and (b) injected into the blood body of the left arms after being melted as tap water and administered philophones.

6. On March 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use toilet; (b) injected it into a tap water and administered a philopon into the blood pipe of the left part after being melted into a tap water.

7. On March 24, 2014, at around 01:20, the Defendant inserted the instant Dtel No. 506 and approximately 0.05 grams in a one-time injection machine, stored tap water in a water-based melting machine, and carried a phiphone.

8. On August 31, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 gramphones from C without compensation from H in the ancient cities of Gyeonggi-si, and received philophones.

9. At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant is at the number of I Insular guest rooms near the H.
