A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:30 on April 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a B B Poter and proceeded along the two-lane road in front of the three-lane licensed real estate agents in the Hanam City, Hanam-si, with the two-lanes from the Hanam-si, Gwangju B, while driving along the two-lanes, the Defendant: (b) directed the victim C to enter the restaurant at the right side of the road and the road; (c) avoided the change of the lane to the one-lane; (d) the said Pool car was changed to the one-lane; and (d) the said Poet or the other car was overtakingd.

In such cases, the defendant engaged in driving service has a duty of care to observe the front left, accurately operate the steering and operating system, and drive the vehicle at a sufficient distance from the above rocketing car in order not to be faced with the above rocketing car and to safely drive the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded in close vicinity to the above rocketing car, and received the above part of the left part of the cargo loaded onto the above rocketing car, and the front part of the right part of the front and right part of the rocketing car.

Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence in the above business [1] ① injury to the victim C of the said rocketing passenger car, such as light dynaf for about two weeks of treatment, ② injury to the victim E of the said rocketing passenger car, ② injury to the escape from the 5-Class 1,00 that requires approximately three weeks of treatment, ③ injury to the victim F of the said rocketing passenger car, such as light dynaf, requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, ④ injury to the victim G of the said rocketing passenger car, ④ injury to the light dynaf, requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, ⑤ injury to the left-hand dynaf, requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, and at the same time, injury to the victim H of the said rocketing passenger car to the left-hand dynaf, requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, including the cost of repairing the said rocketing passenger car in front dynaf for about two weeks.
