A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 20, 2014, around 06:15, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “A bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” without any special reason, was discharged on the face of an online inquiry monitor.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the market value of goods used by public offices, which is equivalent to KRW 300,00,000, 10,000, 25,000, market value, and 25,000, respectively.

2. The Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender at the same time, place, and act as described in paragraph (1); and (b) fright E, who was working on the earth at the seat of the police station; and (c) fright E, who was in the process of the investigation by a witness, frighter E, the Defendant frighted up about 10 times on the surface of the earth’s office.

Accordingly, the defendant, by threatening police officers, interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the investigation of a case by public officials.
