Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the secretary general of the “C organization” and D’s representative of the E organization.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit a report on it to the head of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

Nevertheless, at around 15:40 on July 4, 2015, the defendant and D did not report to the head of the competent police station in front of the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Korea located in 188 according to the Category C of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and without reporting to the head of the competent police station in front of the U.S. Embassy; "S.
