Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

D is the secretary general of the “E organization”, and the defendant is the representative of the F organization.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit a report on it to the head of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

Nevertheless, at around 15:40 on July 4, 2015, Defendant and D did not report to the head of the competent police station in front of the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Korea located in 188 according to the Category C of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and without reporting to the head of the competent police station in front of the Embassy of the United States of America.
