1. The Defendant violating the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act is a person who, around January 20, 2016, acquires and substantially operates the “H gas station” from I.

Nevertheless, Defendant 1 had his business registered of the above “H gas station” with I and one other in order to conceal his criminal facts. On April 2016, Defendant 1 was related to the sale of fake petroleum products of “H gas station” from I to the police at a superscopic place.
