A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., measures to be taken after an accident) was driving a Bbeer or a car on the duty of around 19:50 on his/her duty to drive the front road in front of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City. In such a case, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle, had a duty of care to take measures to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the front and the right side traffic condition and by preventing the occurrence of accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded as it is, while driving on the road side without any registration of 125cc c. which is owned by the victim D while driving on the road side without properly examining the fact that the 125c c. c. 1 is parked on the road side, and the above c. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d. d.

2. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant continued to drive the said beer or car on the same day, and continued to drive the said beer or car on the same day, thereby proceeding about 60 km in speed, depending on the two-lanes of the five-lane road, from the high-risk bank for new interest, to the new and high-speed bank.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and since the place is where the center line of the real-line is installed, there was a duty of care to thoroughly operate the motor vehicle in the front and without harming the center line, and to safely operate the motor vehicle by observing the motor vehicle line.

Nevertheless, the defendant is guilty.
