Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner in Daegu Dong-gu B apartment shopping district with the mutual city of “C”, and the victim D (name, leisure, age 19) from March 10, 2018 to the same year.

1. Around March 10, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, following the victim, who was making food in a kitchen located in the above “C” store, with the victim’s own hand.

2. On March 2018, the Defendant, at the “C” shop in the middle of the 2018 Police Officers, she saw the victim, who was up to the table bucks, as “bucks,” she saw the victim as “bucks,” and she, by hand, committed an indecent act by force against the victim.

3. From March 2018 to April 2018, the Defendant committed a buckbucking act by force on the part of the victim, i.e., the victim’s son at the victim’s “C” group, with his son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.

From March 2018 to April 2018 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) removed the head carin from the body of the victim, which was held in the instant “C” room; (b) removed the head carin from the body of the victim, etc. with his/her own tape; and (c) continued refusal, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by placing his/her son, son, and chest with the said tape.

5. From March 2018 to April 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim on the part of the victim, who was on a computer, within the aforementioned “C” line between the police officer of the Republic of Korea and the police officer of the same year.
