Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the head of Jung-gu, Seoul, the K-gu Seoul, the K-do Governor's branch office for the K-do Governor to perform the insurance design business under the name of the insurance designer in order to avoid the debt to the immediately preceding company F, but the insurance contract entered into by F was destroyed by the short term and thus the defendant should recover the allowances paid to F on behalf of the defendant, and without permission of the above F, he had the intent to forge the documents, such as the insurance designer's registration application related to the issuance of the Samsung Life Insurance Code, the insurance designer's registration application belonging to the agency,

On May 2015, the Defendant entered “F”, “G”, “F”, and “F”, in the applicant column for solicitation in the insurance design specification column for the application for the registration of an insurance designer, using a verification-type pen in the office of the Do governor office in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Building 901, and signed “F” on the name side of the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application for the registration of an insurance designer in F’s name, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and forged the above F’s private document in F’s name on the proof of rights and obligations or facts, such as the entry in the list of crimes.

2. On June 201 to July 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for the registration of a forged insurance designer with the head office of Samsung Life Insurance Association through the name influence employees belonging to the Korea Life Insurance Association, via the name influence employees, who are aware of the forgery at the regional headquarters of the Seoul Jongno-gu Life Insurance Association (30 Life Insurance Association, Seoul), and exercised the said investigation document as if it were a document duly formed.
