Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 15, 2013, from around 09:20 to about 09:40, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s emergency medical service by asserting that the victim E, a doctor of the hospital located in the Gu-Si, was absent from the patient’s own, and was sprinked or collected in the emergency room, and sprinked into or out of the emergency room, and sprinked with the victim “to die, to spher it, to die.” The Defendant harming the victim’s emergency room’s medical service by sprinking the emergency room, such as pressinging it on the floor of the emergency room.

2. On September 15, 2013, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property in a manner that, at least 09:22, the victim’s market price, the victim E, who was put on the emergency room in the emergency room of the foregoing D Hospital, was collected at an amount equivalent to KRW 1.50,00,00, and the earing part of the Cheongjin machine was teared.
