Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Defendant A, who had been sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the District Court on December 26, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 3, 2014, is still in the period of suspension of execution.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On December 13, 2014, Defendants 1 and 23:40, and 23:40, Defendant A, while under the influence of alcohol, led the victim I (the age of 22) aboard the above vehicle, who was a victim on the top of the vehicle in question, was able to take a vehicle on the back of the H vehicle that he was in the operation of G, and the victim I (the age of 22) expressed the victim’s desire from the vehicle, and led the victim B to take a breath, and Defendant B expressed the victim’s desire to “whether the victim was able to have a frighted head of the vehicle flowed.”

2. Defendant A
A. At around 01:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant was able to go to the detention room that the police officer M et al., who was a police officer belonging to the above police station, was able to go to the Defendant’s disturbance; and (b) assaulted M’s face once, such as putting the Defendant on the floor and putting him on the floor.
C. At around 01:45 on the same day, the Defendant assaulted the part of N’s left shoulder and elblue part of N’s elbow on one occasion, when N, a police officer belonging to the above police station, conducts physical search to the Defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant is a flagrant offender over three times.
