Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 201, the Defendant, despite the lack of intent or ability to sell the game money, posted a letter of intent to sell the game money in the “AAk online game” on the “Akk online game” provided by the Internet game site in the “C” room of the Seo-gu Seoul-gu, Gwangju-gu, and received a false statement from the victim that “Akk online game will purchase the game money from the victim D,” and acquired KRW 280,000 from the victim.”
