1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,727,273 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from May 16, 2017 to September 14, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who is engaged in consulting service business, such as lectures and counseling related to the ties with the trade name of “B,” and the Defendant is a company that operates hosting and related service business.

B. On November 20, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a development agreement with the Defendant on a B Internet education site (hereinafter “instant development agreement”) with the following content in order to conduct online business of providing lectures and counseling related to patriotism.

- The scope of contracts is the establishment of an Internet education site (the pay lecture room linkage site), the target website URL: C, web, and the development of mobile services.

- The plaintiff and the defendant shall provide the plaintiff with a work statement within five business days after the scope of development of this contract is determined.

Where duties other than the work specifications are added, the plaintiff and the defendant shall conduct them through consultation.

The plaintiff shall provide the defendant with a planning for the construction of the site.

The PCV and mobile media display services necessary for the construction of the site shall be provided to the Plaintiff by LOFE Co., Ltd.

- Contract period shall be from the date of deposit of down payment after contract to the date of completion of construction, and the scheduled date of completion of construction shall be January 30, 2016.

- Contract amount shall be 25,000,000 won (including value-added tax).

Expenses incurred due to additional matters (SL, PG, real name certification, official certification, I-PIN, etc.) shall enter into a separate contract in consultation with each other.

The down payment of KRW 12,500,000 shall be paid within three days after the contract is concluded, and the balance of KRW 12,500,000 shall be paid within seven days after the inspection is completed.

- The plaintiff or defendant may request in writing to change the work specifications.

The defendant shall, on the basis of the requested matters, prepare a modified confinement document stating the modified matters of the working specifications concerned.

As the work statement is changed, the expected schedule, the delivery data, or the price may be changed.
