A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the victim E and F made a statement to the effect that they were absent on several occasions after being served with the witness summons of this court, and the victim E made a statement to the effect that discussions about the amount agreed upon with the Defendants are in progress while preparing the above written statement, and there is no persuasive reason for them to believe that the statement in this court is difficult to believe and there is no special motive or reason to make a false statement at the police, and that there is credibility in the investigative agency's statements at the same time).
