Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2017, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with B Won Patom in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.21% at the 2km section from the front of the mutually influent restaurant located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City (Seoul), to the front of the Gangwon-do trile cafeteria located in the same Gu trile-dong.
