If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2013, at around 16:50, the Defendant driven a B 124cseme vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.155% at a section of about 500 meters in front of the mobilization apartment located in the Gu trigram and Dong of the same trigram on the road in front of the restaurant, which is well known.
