1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;
2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving DYF YFL car.
On May 24, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.110% around 05:50, while under the influence of alcohol, and led to the driving of the said car along the three-lanes between the two-lanes between the two-lanes and the two-lanes between the two-lanes.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted an injury on the victim N, such as sloak salt in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment on the part of the victim G, and inflicted an injury on the sloaks, tensions, etc. in the light that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment on G, and the victim, who is a taxi passenger of the said G driving.
