1. On March 8, 2017, the Defendant issued a redemption disposition of expenses for long-term care benefits of KRW 12,315,070 against the Plaintiff, KRW 225,240.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff also operates C Older Persons’ Welfare Center (hereinafter “instant center”) and facility benefits (long-term care benefits (long-term care benefits that provide education and training to support physical activities and to maintain and improve physical and mental functions by protecting beneficiaries at long-term care institutions for a certain period of time among the day) under the Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for the Aged in Southyang-si and the sixth floor, which are long-term care institutions providing long-term care benefits (long-term care benefits that are admitted to medical welfare facilities, etc. operated by long-term health care institutions under Article 34 of the Welfare of Older Persons Act for a long time and provide support for physical activities and to maintain and improve physical and mental functions).

B. From October 25, 2016 to November 2, 2016, the Namyang-ju market investigated the details of the provision of benefits from September 25, 2014 to August 2016 of the instant center.

From August 1, 2015 to September 3, 2015, the recipient D filed a claim for expenses for night protection benefits even though he/she violated the criteria for providing night protection services, respectively, by entering the community home of this case from June 2, 2015 to June 19, 2015.

The recipient F of the Reasons for Disposition 2 of KRW 3,153,490 did not use the night protection service from June 15, 2015 to June 18, 2015, but claimed to increase the number of days of service.

225,240 won A caregiver was serving four hours a day from December 22, 2014 to July 2015; H of a cook was serving five hours a day from November 2, 2014 to May 2015 and below eight hours a day (the base working hours for one employee on the criteria for placement of human resources). However, additional placement was received from January 1, 2015 to April 2015, and from January 2015 to May 2015.
